Genuine Case (Size/Item Issue):
- Example: You ordered a Small but received an XL.
- In such cases, return is free of charge, and the correct product will be sent within 5–7 business days.

Customer-Initiated Return (Correct Product Received):
- If the product delivered matches your order but you still wish to return it, shipping charges may apply.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return.
Processing Time: Returns and replacements are completed within 5–7 business days.
