Our Return Policy

At MARTIVA, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

  • Genuine Case (Size/Item Issue):
    • Example: You ordered a Small but received an XL.
    • In such cases, return is free of charge, and the correct product will be sent within 5–7 business days.
  • Customer-Initiated Return (Correct Product Received):
    • If the product delivered matches your order but you still wish to return it, shipping charges may apply.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return.

Processing Time: Returns and replacements are completed within 5–7 business days.
